Our screening process involves completing tasks that will be a portion of the job.
- Find sample leads in this Google Drive Document. Demonstrate how you will track leads.
- Create a Google Sheet, name it, your last name-your first name.
- Add leads to the Google Sheet. Use whatever functions you believe will be helpful to not let them fall through the cracks.
- When complete, create a separate Google Doc, then answer these 3 questions:
- Why are you interested in working for Thrilled Home Builders in this Client Experience & Sales Coordinator position?
- How have your past experiences prepared you for a role that blends sales, design coordination, and client liaison responsibilities?
- What would your best friend say are your top 3 character traits?
- When you finish put both of these files in a Google Drive Folder named your last name-first name-Thrilled-Home-Builders. Share the file with [email protected] no later than April 21, 2025 at 6 PM CST.
