Application process step 2

Our screening process involves completing tasks that will be a portion of the job. In the Google Drive folder, there will be invoices for multiple lots. You will create a Google Sheet with a tab for each lot and input the invoices on the appropriate tab.

  1. Find the invoices in this Google Drive Folder, you will process these 
  2. Create a Google Sheet, name it, your last name-your first name.
  3. Create a separate tab for each lot in the invoice packet.
  4. Create columns in the worksheet for Invoice Date, Invoice Number, Name of Vendor, Description of Goods/Services, Quantity, Unit Price, Total Amount, and Due Date.
  5. Process the invoices in the invoice packet to ensure each invoice is assigned to the tab for each lot. 
  6. Use formulas to calculate the total amount for each line item and a total amount for each tab.
  7. When complete, create a separate Google Doc, then answer these 3 questions:
    1. Why are you interested in working for Thrilled Home Builders?
    2. What would make you a good fit for this position of Accounting Clerk? 
    3. What would your best friend say are your top 3 character traits?
  8. When you finish put both of these files in a Google Drive Folder named your last name-first name-Thrilled-Home-Builders. Share the file with [email protected] no later than May 28, 2024 at 6 PM CST.
