About Bob David
Bob David is a 35+ year real estate industry veteran in Tulsa, OK. He broke into the NWA market in 2008, leading a team of exclusive builders to complete Oak Tree Community – a master-planned residential development in Centerton, AR. Through his leadership, Oak Tree has become a sought after place to live for NWA residents. In 2014, Bob partnered with Julie Vaught to form Leadership Properties of Northwest Arkansas, together desiring to develop additional distinctive NWA communities.
About Julie Vaught
Julie has been actively involved in the Fayetteville community since she arrived in 1990. She is a 10 year veteran of the Title & Closing industry. Julie brings a local presence to the partnership, managing the continued development of a growing list of Leadership Properties communities.
