About Us
Leadership Properties of Northwest Arkansas was founded in 2014 by partners Bob David and Julie Vaught. It is our mission to create distinctive and elegant residential developments in Northwest Arkansas that become the community people are longing to come home to – one that fits their active lifestyle while incorporating the natural beauty of the NWA landscape. We began this philosophy with our original development project, Oak Tree Community in Centerton, and continues in our two current development projects Scissortail and Aurora in Rogers.
Bob David
Robert R. (Bob) David has been an active part of the Tulsa real estate brokerage, property development, and construction community for the past 35 years. In 1997, Bob founded Leadership Properties of Tulsa, leading the development of residential and commercial projects in Tulsa & Edmond, Oklahoma. His Tulsa brokerage firm has since been renamed McGraw Realtors Leadership Team where he continues to use his experience and knowledge in a more direct brokerage effort.
In 2008, Bob expanded his real estate footprint into the Northwest Arkansas market, managing the completion of Oak Tree Community, a master planned residential development in Centerton. Oak Tree found great success – families fell in love with the craftsmanship of the homes as well as the residential amenities that supported their active lifestyle. In 2014, Bob partnered with NWA local Julie Vaught, founding Leadership Properties of Northwest Arkansas – together they continue to develop additional master planned residential communities in the NWA region.
Julie Vaught
Julie Vaught has been a resident of Fayetteville, AR, for the past 26 years and is deeply invested in the NWA community. She is a University of Arkansas alum, receiving a BS in Accounting, and loves to call those Hogs!
Julie spent 10 years in the Title & Closing industry, working as a Closing Agent for Heritage Title and Mercury Title. Bob David became one of her clients in 2009, and she continued to manage his NWA property closings for over 5 years. In 2014, Bob and Julie teamed up to launch Leadership Properties of Northwest Arkansas, and Julie currently serves as the Project Manager of their large scale residential developments in the region. Julie brings a local presence to the partnership, managing the continued development of a growing list of Leadership Properties communities.
